Diamonds & Denim - IGB Weekly #12

Hello friends!

This week’s request is denim and diamonds and I am *here* for it. Instead of turning this into an entire wedding theme, I decided to pivot it into a bachelorette! I hope you like it as much as I do.

Ideas or requests for next week? Hit reply or comment below and let me know!

Denim and Diamonds: a 00s dream

A bachelorette theme true for all those who spent their teenage years in the 00s. Blue denim contrasted with the bright, sparkly white of diamonds. I love the idea of mixing a sparkly crop top with a denim mini! This theme is so fun and I’ve never seen it done before in a way that isn’t overly western. If you do this, tag me in pics so I can see!

The Looks (from left to right, top to bottom):

  1. This denim David Koma bustier would pair nicely with a tennis necklace (but what wouldn’t?) ($780) and a low-rise sparkly skirt. Or save with this bralette from H&M!

  2. These slouchy sequin pants would pair nicely with some denim and give some sparkle. ($65)

  3. This rhinestone tank gives diamonds and I am *here* for it. ($88)

  4. A denim and diamond theme would not be complete without the Mach & Mach denim and crystal bow shoes. ($1060) Or go with the crystal triple heart shoes for less than half the price.

  5. This blue sequin dress from 16Arlington is actually everything. ($900)

  6. You actually can’t do this theme without a tennis necklace. You just can’t. ($138) or go to Susie Saltzman for the real deal. And some statement earrings ($525)

  7. This entire look is a vibe but it’s the crystal fishnet tights that do it for me. ($32)

  8. The perfect denim dress for a night out. ($545) I recommend swapping in this crystal belt ($189)

  9. This cropped oversized denim top ($218) would be perfect with a sequin skirt ($45).

  10. I love this Cult Gaia bag ($428) but a bride of mine ordered this Amazon version and it was perfect.

  11. This denim jacket is final sale but is perfectly on theme. ($357)

  12. Obsessed with these crystal boots and bonus points because they’re wedge heels. ($260)
